Nestled in the Avondale neighborhood of Chicago, is this custom-designed home in a modern farmhouse style that has become popular as of late. Working within the architectural concept, I chose natural materials and finishes with an emphasis on many varied textures. These combinations create a cozy and high-styled interior with a lot of character.
