This growing tech company, located in Hoffman Estates IL, was originally retrofitted into an existing office space consisting of numerous rooms and private offices. As the business expanded over the years the space could no longer meet its needs. The entire office area was demolished, opened up and planned to enable the various departments to work together. This promoted a more collaborative atmosphere, maximizing interaction and communications between departments, and creating an efficient and flexible plan that increased the number of workstations by 30%.
New acoustical ceilings, and pendant lighting specifically designed for computer use were installed. Private offices and conference rooms were surrounded by glass walls to further increase interaction and informal communication.
Knoll Antenna workstations were utilized to support the variety of work modes from accounting to customer service.
